2. Products
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen.
3. Personalisation
By submitting personalisation details (logos, text, artwork), you confirm that you have the right to use such material and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. We accept no responsibility for errors in personalisation details submitted by customers.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices in force at the time of your order will apply.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-10 working days of receipt of your order and approved artwork. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Stockport, Cheadle, Hazel Grove, Bramhall, Romiley, Marple, Bredbury, Reddish and all surrounding areas.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items unless they are faulty or incorrectly produced. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you believe your order is faulty.
8. Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
